      idkBg091, 29 Jul 2023Why would you want a chip that is just draining your batter... moreIt heat and use more battery because it operate at around 3ghz or more, downlocloak Sd 888 cpu to around 2.4ghz like sd 7 gen 1 its still more powerfull and use less power.

      As i said previous there are lot of sd 888 devices released in 2022 slightly throttled, lot of them have really good battery life. Good example is Realme GT 2 here

      18H of Browsing and 22H of video playback is as good as any top midrange out there. If you go to page 4 of perfomance you can see cpu maintain 90% and gpu around 60%

      So throttling like this would make device to have respectable perfomance while rarely overheat and get good battery life.

Al... moredont complain if your sd888 phone has turned into an clothing iron😂😂😱😱 unless if you like being hooked to a fan or air conditioner at full blast in order to cool the device. putting them in the fridge (should never do) is the fastest way.

                  I would rather the Snapdragon 7 gen 1 for a better experience with no issues
                  Right now I'm using the realme gt2 with the snap 888 and trust me it's so bad the phone heat up on casual usage I'm so disappointed so mad legit hate this phone I'm about to switch soon

                      Anonymous, 29 Jul 2023Do people forget that 888 heats like crazyThrottled sd 888 is still better than many midrange soc. Also sd 888 is not as power Hungry as 8 gen2, 8/8+ gen 1 and probably 7+ gen 2 (cpu, Gpu of 7+ use less power).

                      2022 we saw many good phones with sd 888 with good thermal and battery life with slightly throttling.
