Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra to shatter brightness records and have huge bezels

It's unclear what will sear your retinas the most: the sun-like brightness or the vintage bezels.

i don't know why people hate curved screens so much!
and as if samsung has some extremely curved screens. i have s22 ultra and it is just fine, it feels comfortable in the hand and s pen usage is no problem. the 23 ultra has an even smaller curvature, which is even a bit better for the s pen while maintaining the comfortable handiness. but a flat screen a la iphone would be horrible. those sharp edges don't let you hold the phone comfortably, you always keep your palms away from the edges to not feel their sharpness.
in my opinion, samsung should stay at s23 ultra display design, no need for fat, iphone-like bezels.

    I hope it will be true.
    Flat screen is much better than curved, even if priced buy wider bezels.
    Also wide top&bottom bezels allow to move the camera hole from the screen, if they'll not select "udc" variant.
    So Sony, some ZTE and gaming phones will not be the only obvious choices for people who prefer notchless screens.

          Yo . People are freaking out . 3mm is not that bad . It's barely even noticable . The s23 plus has the same and the bezels are barely noticeable

            I'd like to clarify that bezels don't matter to me, as long as they're within 5mm margin. Asymmetric isn't likely to be noticed either. Flat display is also ok.

            And if huge brightness or other gains come as a result of it, why not? Most welcome.

            I'd however more than just welcome the removable battery, 3.5mm jack, microSD slot, or any of these.

              Samsung : "we are switching to flat displays" , Apple :we are switching to curved displays". Now it's official, Samsung has turned into Apple and vice versa... 🤷

                            Samsung I'm so sorry for complaining about your curved screen . I would prefer that to whatever this is

                              Xiaomi 13T with 2600 nits.

                                I mean, if the Ultra is transitioning to a flat display then I guess this makes some sense... but I doubt the bezels will actually be 3mm thick. I'll wait for renders to confirm it or not.

                                        Who cares if the bezels arent the same size. Well i know some does just like i hate the camera hole punch and at the same time manufacturers claim the screen being uninterrupted glory.
