Today i have the S22 Ultra SD version imported from Kirea to Denmark Europe.
But soon i go for the coming Xiaomi 14 Ultra which will be released global this time or maybe just the coming OnePlus.

As the future moves towards fully bezel-less displays and fully wireless life, I hope Samsung gives up on this insanely super primitive design. In addition, sqmsung should initiate an innovation and develop itself very far behind in battery technologies and charging speed. When it comes to Android, the first brand we trust should listen to its users.

Well flat screen is chepaer than curved one by a big difference in BOM.
But as we know Samsung they ask way more than the previous models so they can earn a lot more money on something which costed less to make than its predecessor.

You would think if this person was as good as he states, he would be better informed, at least not have Samsung waste millions on events like this.

Well last thing i was afaid off that all series A series, M series, F series, S series and even flip and fold series will looks like one devide.
If they really want to continue this way i dont mind as long as the case from any of said series and phones will fit.
Since this is not the case and every case will be little different because even the same design there will be some smmall differences and cases will not fit it will make more rubber waste.
Well i am not happy but its a samsung decision. So apart saying bad words i cant do much else.

Do... moreThat's true but people are obsessed with better and better with tech generation, even if a level has already been reached to a point where it's not required to further improve it. But that's the case with Android people. They are spec hungry so companies constantly try to improve features, even of there's no such improvement required. Otherwise people are annoyed and would call a phone outdated. Next year they might completely do away with bezels because any phone with bezels is already ancient to these ever-hungry, spec-monster buyers. If there's 16 GB ram being offered today, next year they want 248 GB of it, otherwise it's not an upgrade. Basic mindset of Android users

It's even less than some rather few of the comments are okay with big bezels but majority are against it . If they want to appeal to the very minimal minority that actually like small bezels then they would be running at a loss because the majority won't buy it
As for people outside the tech community ,they choose their phone based on appearance and the bezels I'm seeing on the graphical representation by gsmarena is making the phone ugly . There is no other way to say this . It's plain ugly

Even here in the comments, some of them have stated that they're okay with big bezels. And outside of tech communities, others (non-techie buyers) will have no problems with a little difference in bezel size, whether it's an increase or decrease. It just doesn't matter to them. How is it a downgrade when a user doesn't even care about it

Why are people so obsessed with slightly thinner bezels? Don’t act like you’re not gonna put a huge ridiculous bumper case on it.
Also, the only benefit is looking ever so slightly better. They increase the manufacturing costs, increase accidental touches and build unnecessary complexity both on the hardware side and on the software side.

All this talk about rumours and people are ignoring the fake 'record' brightness. There are a few devices that are already above the 'record' 2200 nits. I'll wait to see about the curved screen and bezels. Could be a good explanation.
