      I agree with people that demand micro sd slot or headphone jack. But for me not a big deal. My current phone has both but next one not. I don't use them anyway.

                Two features that influenced me to go Android and not Apple many years ago were microSD card slots and replaceable batteries. I can still buy non flagship phones with dial sim and microSD but not replaceable batteries. I think the European union might force back replaceable batteries so we may turn full circle.

                      Actually, come to think of it iPhones are even worse on that point. Good luck migrating from iOS to a deGoogled android, yet that somehow is a fairly popular device (marketing much?)

                        Same here, cloud storage is when people in radio tower populated areas want to show off how "smart" they are, when you can just get a phone with removable storage and avoid the middle man.

                                Anonymous, 25 Sep 2023Manufacturers probably remove the sd card slot to protect c... moretheir fault on buying cheap sd cards, they are not built to last. often comes from chinese clone brands. worst part is they can be tampered by making fake large storage. just like usb flash drives. it can be problematic storing bunch of files, can corrupt at times. i'd rather buy sd cards from reputable brands though a bit expensive. like PNY, SanDisk and Samsung.

                                  I rarely swap my SIM but most people in my country do it. I can understand and I guess it'll go for some time.
                                  I also not a MemCard user. For technical and functional reason, I believe it only serves small number of user. So I guess MemCard (in phone) will soon extinct.

                                    A phone with no SD CARD IS NOT thinking about the customer...now ...

                                    If I pay 800...900.1000..1500..
                                    Euros I WANT AT LEAST 1TERABYTE of internal storage ...they are thieves ....we shoud all let them S24 ROOT on their shelves....no charger ...nothing..BRAINWASHED people still buy them why?it looks good....best phones today are 300 ..350 euros ...S10PLUS 512g 8g and SD card slot 299.99 euros ...now that's a phone
                                    S20 and s20 plus 256g 12g ram ad card slot 349.00 euros ....with a screen better than the s21..s22.= to the s23 ...and s10 plus 4k screen ...

                                    Still if u want to spend that money than go SONY ...

                                    THE PRICE TOO ...BUT THEY MAKE THE BEST PHONES ON EARTH PERIOD.

                                      A dumb idea, no wonder it went nowhere.
                                      What happens if you want to upgrade your storage? What happen if you want to move your SIM to a new phone while keeping the old phone and its data active? And what if your new phone is not hybrid slot? And whatever happens to it, you will have to go to your carrier to request a new one. Just super dumb.

Thei... moreOh, that's nice, that way replacing SIM or microSD doesn't have to interrupt the other. I guess it's only on some model thought? Infinix GT10 Pro uses a triple card tray, and so does Tecno Spark 10 Pro. The lower-end models I've encountered, including those from Itel also use triple card trays.
