Continued apple-fication of file access permissions from google, alienating the tech savvy
Material you with curvation syndrome
user interface with more 'design' over quick function

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2023Just because Google spies on you, you assume Apple spies on... moreSo enlighten me why Apple user data breach happened in first place if they don't collect user data or how their big revenue recommendations/ad business will work in their future?
Answer: by collecting your data
,if you don't like to call it spying then it's your choice
But reality doesn't change or else why Russia and China would ban iPhones in work sector?

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2023Just because Google spies on you, you assume Apple spies on... moreApple was very much on the Prism slides. Don't get it twisted. All big tech companies are spying on their users. Google is just a small bit more transparent about it.

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2023The only way to maximize privacy on a phone is to run a ope... moreYou can go all in on privacy... But IMO it's mostly diminishing returns. You sacrifice a lot of modern conveniences and you will still be tracked by your cell tower, government and any online services that you can't live without. Plus, a lot of entities already have a huge profile on you unless you have been privacy conscious since like the early 2000s, which most people haven't been.

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2023Things I would never understand 😔
Why would a flagship dev... moreJapan had an operating system that is backwards compatible on older hardware. But these fools surrendered their economy after being threatened with a chip war by the US.
Much like how Linux is on ancient laptops.
Too bad buying new makes more money and is the business model adopted by the current system.

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2023Just because Google spies on you, you assume Apple spies on... moreJust like the other guy said. How the heck do you think Apple sends you updates if they don't have your info in their system? Some of y'all are just dumb. Every tech company keeps an eye on their products. It's not only Google.

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2023Just because Google spies on you, you assume Apple spies on... moreI don't understand what you are talking about. Security is one thing and privacy is another. You cannot even operate iPhone and install applications and update them if you do not provide your privet information. On the other hand with Android you can sideloading applications from open source software and repositories without having to put even your name.
