By the looks of it, if you account for all the other costs like Marketing and transport etc they probably make $500 per phone in pure profit
I would assign much to R&D since they don't do any. They're making the same phone for years now. One new periscope camera is the total R&D they did, and probably must of it was done by the OEM's making the camera parts.
And this is the bear model. The models with higher storage is where they really pile on the profit!

Outdated tech that is still being used in 2023, doesn't interfere with TWS buds and supports an accessory that outlive wireless buds.

It's very hypocritical
