This is to bag more customers. In reality, brands like Samsung are way better in terms of hardware and software (except Exynos which is not at par with SnapDragon chips).

I have been plenty critical of Apple over many points, most recently them offering base Pro’s with just 8gb ram and their misuse of blood oxygen patents in the Apple Watch for example.
I just don’t personally feel HRR is a big deal, you’d have to point out now where I have told anyone else what their opinion on this should be, go ahead I’ll wait…..
No, instead I get insinuations that I have some kind of mental deficiency simply for holding a different opinion.

I'm not saying it's a disaster if apple is not giving 120hz display, but people are right to criticize apple because they could've provided that much earlier.
'People are fine with it' is similar to like saying companies should not provide 5G tech because people are fine with 4G.

Doesn't matter if the video is at 24fps, it will feel sluggish on a 60hz screen compared to a 120hz screen due to GPU rendering time.

I’m neither defending Apple’s position on HRR nor criticising it. I honestly don’t give a flying F whether the next 10 iPhones have it or not. Am simply pointing the rather obvious facts that they have been doing just fine without it, and not everyone in the world is so hung up on it.
It’s those like you that seem to get offended over that, almost as though ‘like your life is dependent on it’ that’s the real stupidity.
