Cinematic video is 24 FPS, sometimes 40 FPS.
Your typical TV broadcast is 25, or 30 FPS if NTSC region, sometimes 50 or 60 FPS.
You cannot pretend with a straight face that video and movie is unberable and "laggy" to you.

Sounds all too familiar, Apple LOVES blaming others for their issues. In the Android universe even the cheapest phones come with 120 Hertz panels. Not LTPO ones, but is that neccessary for the base iPhone models? Not really. I think most people would prefer a toned down AOD feature since many don't have that permanently on anyways alongside a price drop to make the base iPhones less of a shit show.
