The point is not to waste your battery and your data (Not everyone is on unlimited plan). It's ridiculous to stream something i already have on my PC (And since i'm no iPhone user - on my phone too).
Cloud and external storage are for backup.

Maybe it's ok now (at best) but in 2-3 years it won't and Apple knows that. 61% of iphone users will upgrade their phone by then according to recent surveys.

In some point Apple is right - less is more. What is the point to store tons of really useless data on phone if everything is on line. And if someone starts to cry about the photos and so - there is tons of external ssds with tons of terabytes of cloud options.

To me that amount of storage is okay but it doesn't worth the price of the phone I mean there are one terabyte phones that are far cheaper I use a phone of 64 gb and it's almost exhausted but it's been almost a year and I do not use cloud storage much and also 128 gb is more than enough for photos not vids or apps

If only Android OEMs could put a bloody USB 3.1 port/controller in mid-rangers, since they obviously wont be bringing back the microSD slot (unable to understand why though, since it doesn't take up much extra space compared to a dual-SIM slot), my life would become a lot easier!
Can they just stop using 2 decade old USB 2.0 ffs!!

Of course its enough,in a world where you have apps for streaming movies ,music ,you dont need extra space anymore ,i have phone with 128 gb ,and i used only 30 percent of space.

I love how companies like Apple say take photos and videos of memories and holidays knowing that 128gb can easily be reached. Apps nowadays are approaching 1 gb.

Wonder why they didn't apply the same logic to old SE which had 64GB! But sure that'd be enough for the low-res day time photos & 720p/1080p videos🤔

128 GB is really a lot. My Xiaomi phone has the same amount of memory, and I've used less than 35 percent of the memory for more than three years.

But we android users like to use our smartphones as smartphones. iPhone users mostly use them as a fashion accesory (Which they are).
