They don't cheat in providing battery specifications, unlike Chinese brands that advertise their batteries at 5000mAh or more and rate them 15-20% lesser.

Not that bad considering it’s a 144Hz OLED screen with only a 4600mAh battery.

8a: 4492 mAh + 11:25h ➡️ 6,46 mAh / min

I'd give more time for adaptive brightness and adaptive battery to fully kick but then again this is early impression review. X20 had abysmal battery out of the box but surprisingly when it adapts to user pattern, it starts to behave better. then again I disable lots of google bloats so who knows?

Thanks to Google making Doze even more agressive, vanilla Android is just as agressive as Samsung with that now.
So the only reason that old Nokia doesn't do it is because older Android versions didn't do it.
Had to root my Pixel 8 to fix that issue, couldn't bother to do it via adb every time it undo itself.

Very disappointing battery life considering it's running on a bare bone minimalistic Android UI with nothing fancy, no themes, no AI etc, no live wallpapers, no customizations in other words, no nice fancy live clocks etc on the lock screen .... all of which Xiaomi/Poco phones have and they still manage to squeeze more juice from the battery.

People here downplaying HMD Skyline while ignoring the fact that Xiaomi with HyperOS/Miui is have the most terrible battery life even wirh larger battery

G3MR2906, 31 Jul 2024Xiaomi 14 also had surprisingly good battery lifeThese probably is cause the phone is running on low settings so it takes less energy to run cpu and gpu at something 25% at most of the time in use. While these SD 7s gen 2 or SD 695 and like that need to run at 75% all the time to get you the smooth ride so it makes sense these batteries dont last that good
