prayush12, 15 Aug 2024Similar thing happened to me, I replaced my Fold 4 with S24... morethey come close, only 2/10 times when the algorithm messes up and gives you a nice, natural rendition without the horrible processing.

Well done Sammy, how did u manged to get from pioneering 1st to now officially last position in terms of design and hardware specs for large foldables....simple by ignoring what the customer wants and living in Lala land think they are like Apple with no competitors, and can continue to milk their customer with minor updates each year it is the The Best by a tiny margin of iteration lol.
Sales of Z Fold 6 is just going to drop like lead in the ocean as more and more chinese foldables began worldwide shipment.
Time for a new Samsung Mobile Division head, Mr Roh should be shown the exit door trying too hard to copy apple Apple in designs and sales technique; except Android is an open system, unlike Apple there is no competitor for IOS.
Samsung really deserves their last position after years of blatant ignorance and sitting on their laurels since Fold4.

You very often barely mention Xiaomi in serious comparisons, and Xiaomi is very serious player in smartphone market. Also, for example, quote: "Google slimmed down the Pixel 9 Pro Fold to an impressive level. It's only 10.5mm folded". Wow that is as feat isn't it? When compared to Samsung yes, but just mention that Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is 9.5mm thick! It is not just Xiaomi, you are very biased (anti Chinese). BTW I am from Europe.

Huawei it's going to release "World 1st Triple-Fold Phone" next month or earlier. When it un-fold, it look like a real 16:10 Tablet, which will be much better viewing pleasure when compare to current 1:1 aspect ratio foldable phone.

The claim in the article title highlights the huge wasteful problem of hundreds of deliberately obsolescent new models every year, because billions of new machines are made annually only to have pre-programmed replacements lined up even before their pending release, and not one single phone is necessary as a replacement, at least not until some bright spark decides to use AI and the new processors to enable the ultrawide Panoramas all are capable of, but none have allowed buyers to have or to use since LG final series of non-bayer sensors in 2018.
To save Earth from the Flood we need to move all of our coastal city populations 70m+ uphill, not waste our labour and expensive resources competing for customers in a market already satiated with this years models!!

All those are just your opinion. The bezel of pixel fold is super thick and square inner screen is useless for media consumption.

I owned an iPhone 14 Pro Max in the past, the cameras of Samsung don't even come close at all!!

But if the made the hinge rounded then middle section of the unfolded phone would not be that good.

Scamsung scams are being completely exposed. Scamsung is simply abusing its role as the OEM with a presence in every corner of the world to sell prank devices at very high prices. Never, under any circumstances, buy a Samsung Galaxy product when #TeamPixel is literally superior in every way.

If foldables would be my forte would pick Xiaomi or Huawei or Honor or Vivo over any other foldable from samsung or google.
Better price much better specs all important accesories in box.

Not saying they're bad and you can get good pictures, it's just that relative to other brands they're very much behind, both hardware and software wise.

It just isn't even remotely close to others because Samsung's style is horrendous now. The Note20 Ultra was the last time Samsung was on top of Apple and I'd argue that phone still has a better style than the S24 Ultra. Low contrast, boosted shadows, horrible NR. Just ugly photos.
You're free to have your own opinions but I'm not joking. I bought into the hype and got the S22 Ultra and it sucks. I use gcam and that's the only reason I didn't sell the phone.
