        But in networks it's different, there is no big company which is monopoly,

        5G vendor marketshare
        -Huawei 24%
        -Nokia 22%
        -Ericson 22%
        -Zte and Samsung less than 10%

        Ran Marketshare as a whole is same Huawei, Nokia and Ericson has Around 20% while Samsung is around 2-8%

        So Even if Samsung Acquire Nokia network business at best they will be second to Huawei, how is that Monopoly?

                Yeah, because selling an EU company or a part to foreign entities(companies) is a great idea. /sarcasm
                In a hypothetical case that Samsung will buy this business, there is no guarantee they will expand the local workforce and not just lay off workers.
                And those 10B are not particularly needed by Nokia, It's not strapped for cash, unless they would use It to acquire a different company which is important for their future competitiveness.
                So I don't really see that pulley economic standpoint you mentioned.

                Finland has only 5.6 million people similar to my own country of Slovakia, so It's not a big country in EU. You think EU commission is scared of small countries like mine? LMAO
                What can we do? Except complaining or suing EU commission, At best we can veto EU laws or not pay into EU coffers, but that will anger other EU countries, so It's a double-edged sword.

                      If you want to see what happens when a company gets a hold of an extremely important part of the supply chain look at what happened to NVIDIA after they acquired CUDA. AMD has been playing catch up ever since.

                      You as a Samsung fanboy would love it if Samsung owned everything in the world and charged 4000 dollars for the A15. I can't waste my time arguing with someone like that.
