Iphones started having flat sides during 2020 while Samsung did it a full 4 years later while they introduced the fold and flip and met failure and success by experimenting. Apple meanwhile, stuck to the same design which has really no impact in the long run but once samsung does it you're up in arms? how about the many times Apple just followed the trend? The author's bias is too obvious with this article.

From 7.6 to 7.2mm thickness is not insignificant. This probably, hopefully means lighter weight as well. Them keeping 4000mAh but making the device slightly smaller could hint at them using yearly battery advancements for a lighter design instead of higher battery capacity. At this point, I think that is fair and the right thing to do.
