jiyen235, 25 Sep 2024oh yeah my bad, it all makes a bit more sense now but still... moreYeah. I'm probably going to choose between the Oppo Find x8, Xiaomi 15 and Vivo x200 pro mini for my next phone. Looking for a not too large flat screen phone with fairly good cameras. Probably the find x8 as that's likely to be the only one with band 20 support. Not a huge amount of options but at least it's better than the previous generation

pl2rts, 25 Sep 2024You can't compare Apple mini as it was too expensive a... moreTrue.. 6.1" - 6.3" is enough using more efficient SoC because it has smaller battery capacity. Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 or equivalent is enough. Just use 1080p resolution with good quality screen. But still provide a complete camera composition is better (main, uwide, tele). Yes it can be ecquipped with top SoC but the price will not be far from the bigger one. The thermal management is also more tricky.

Did you want it to cost half? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sony compacts were just €100 less than regular variant.
Why would apple price theirs 200/300 less ?

Aierlan, 25 Sep 2024Yes but they have a new model which is the x200 pro mini. ... moreoh yeah my bad, it all makes a bit more sense now but still, compared to the others the X200 Pro is gonna seem a little overpriced. Im not sure but i heard the Oneplus 13 is getting some big upgrades, if THAT phone matches the pro then it'd be a huge W for Oneplus.
I'm all for more competition, I just wish Vivo and everyone else ALL made great phones that'd make it hard to choose a phone. But seems like as time goes on choosing a phone at a price point is getting easier as there's only 1-3 actually solid options.

Anonymous, 25 Sep 2024A 1" sensor doesn't really make a big difference. it does, especially in low light, i got s24 ultra and x100 ultra and not only it gives better details but snaps the photo faster too which means less chances of motion blur
