      I think the six years of updates are a gimmick to cover up the lack of hardware improvement, not to mention the removal of the headphone jack.

        Making a call would be the only thing this (smart) phone could be doing in 6yrs although highly doubtful if the hardware even last that long, it's like using a Samsung J4 plus in 2024, pure marketing BS at work, a Nokia feature phone is a better alternative

            The same with external storage because cloud exists. Now some people are feeling the pain of low storage and cloud rentals but it's too late to go back.

It went away only because apple decided to get rid of it to sell airpods. The other copycats will always do as apple does, just look at the new phones comming next year, slowly all will have a shutter button.

                                      Samsung, unlike other companies, cares about its users and UI. Software updates are very important in today's age. I'm getting one as a backup phone👍🏻
