            I'm going to await testing, but I'll probably upgrade from my S23 Ultra to a Rog 9 Pto Edition. i used the S-Pen for political memes, but in truth i watch most content on my phone now. Wired always beats wireless, and now that the subwoofer has returned, I'd be playing off the phone speakers more than ever. Also, Samsung's AI is weak and will soon be paywalled...I'll take an 8 Elite with 24 gb n run other AI if needed.

            I'm waiting until the S25 Ultra gets reviewed, but Samsung's decision to cripple the EQ function is a total Apple move. sad. 90% chance i upgrade to this instead.

                2 os upgrades for 1500€ phone. End of joke. Not to mention that this soc is useless cause games are bad, without good experience and high refresh rate supported.

                  So, it's essentially the same phone as the 8 (which was a speaker/aerotrigger downgrade on 6/7), but with a slightly higher refresh rate. Great. The rest of the specs seem like generic filler 'better cooling', 'new chipset' etc etc.

                      Bigger battery
                      Better display
                      Better gaming
                      And most importantly much more cheaper.
                      Asus is has always been overpriced but this right here is just rubbish.

                          Pricing only makes the Redmagic look cheap. Then again, 8 gen Elite feels overkill for any Android game. Brands should push game developers to support 120fps. Blizzard's diablo immortal is stuck at 60 fps

                            Looks like we have a winner here, RedMagic 10Pro with all of its technological advancements and innovations packed in a $680 dollar gaming phone is way, way better than the thrash ROG Phone 9 series.

                            Let me just recap the new things from RedMagic10Pro:
                            - UDC that now captures better selfies (check C4ETech YT review)
                            - 7,050mAh SiC battery
                            - New LiquidMetal passive cooling + 23,000RPM fan
                            - R3 custom Gaming chip that allows graphics upscaling of games resolution and fps wise

                            What will gamers do with these gimmicky AniMe version 🤣

                              I'm sensing Asus' downfall has begun... Only 2 OS updates for such an expensive device? Nah, man
