There were rumors Samsung would go all in with the Snapdragon 8 Elite for the Galaxy S25 trio.

    I live in the united states so dragon is all I get. Will wait for s27+ as my s24+ runs fine.

I will not pay that expensive price for exynos when it is so bad at battery efficiency. if they fix the battery efficiency I may consider. or they can also make it as cheap as pixel on discount then I will buy it.

                not true tho. exynos s24 has considerably worse battery life and it is what kept me from getting it.

                  Samsung just refuses to let Exynos die.

                      I hope there is an exynos variant. Exynos 2400 was on par with 8 gen 3 with better battery life

                      This time I think it will be very hard to compete with Dimensity 9400 and Snapdragon 8 Elite, both on tsmc 3nm , we'll see how Samsung's 3nm compares

                        During first 3 month Ultra outsold plus and base model by a lot, ultra alone had 52% marketshare while base and plus had 48%, why? Because all 3 models were expensive.

                        But now Base and plus got discount things change, plus and base has like 54%, so it's current price which increase sales of devices not msrp.

                            The vast majority of sales within the US are.. you guessed it iPhones..so seeing as the s24 and a handful of android phones to make it into the top ten global smartphone sales .. the Exynos cannot be that bad ehh??

                                    These Geekbench results are way behind latest Snap8 elite though.

                                    On Single Score we have seen Snap 8Elite going over 3000(over 20% difference) and on MultiScore over 9000(around 10% difference).
