Do not worry Mr Sony! I will be your customer forever! Cheer up and hardworking! One day everyone will understand what is a good display and what is a screen should produces the color! Love your screen technology so much esp the yellow, pink, red, blue! Keep that up please do not produce a screen that produces the color that the AMOLED does! I'm begging!

Apple did not invent the finger print sensor, nor did they pioneer it, you are starting to sound like a fan, you choose to uphold iphone design and yet you fail to realize that the designers of IPhone was inspired by sony itself, http://www.xperiablog.net/2012/07/27/apple-took-inspiration-from-sony-when-designing-the-iphone/

There were touch screen phones before the iphone. There were MP3 players before the iPod. There were tablet PCs before the iPad. Apple made it all look pretty and threw a few billion dollars of advertising at it, nothing more.

Sony's products, Sony's factories, the clothes the workers wore, everything - Jobs loved it. Sony's CEO gave Sculley and Jobs the first Walkman and tours of the factories that made them, and all this impressed Jobs a great deal.

"We used to go visit Akio Morita and he had really the same kind of high-end standards that Steve did and respect for beautiful products," Sculley recalls, "I remember Akio Morita gave Steve and me each one of the first Sony Walkmans. None of us had ever seen anything like that before because there had never been a product like that. This is 25 years ago and Steve was fascinated by it. The first thing he did with his was take it apart and he looked at every single part. How the fit and finish was done, how it was built."

The Macintosh factories were modelled after Sony's factories. "Steve's point of reference was Sony at the time. He really wanted to be Sony. He didn't want to be IBM. He didn't want to be Microsoft. He wanted to be Sony," Sculley adds.

Sony is gonna have some serious competition since every other manufacturer is aiming for third place. Their greatest competition will probably come from Microsoft and Nokia.

The iPad created the tablet space which others is now making their own versions. The ultrahigh resolution Retina display created the crazy PPI race among all Android manufacturers.
