Finally got the update. Cleared Cache in google framewrk and force closed and checked syetem update.

Got it in Trivandrum. But the status is showing waiting to download(Via Wifi till Nov 23). Do we neeed a wifi connection to download ??? or we can use a 3g connection???...

I'm not sein... moreGo to Setting - Apps... click on the tab on top that says all. Scroll down to find Google framework services.
Mine downloaded at reasonable speed. Finished, and installing now.

Where can i find the google framework option?
I'm not seing it in my nexus 4. Please provide me the detailed steps to reach to google framework.

Thank you so much. Clearing Google Framework Data + force stopping the application worked. Upon checking I got the notification and it started downloading (automatically). Download in progress now. Yayyy! But why does one have to go about in this roundabout manner?
