That's just like patent that is actually in approval for apple for the way their store is set up. The way there is glass and the way the tables line up....You know...How every mall store looks.

No doubts Apple will emerge as a winner of this case. You see iOS 7? It's a complete copy of Android. Yeah, Apple has innovated in the past but now there are little to no innovation from Apple. Apple is actually scared of Samsung, the way Samsung phones are selling in the US are making Apple afraid and since Apple has so many fraud patents, they can only sue Samsung. This will not make Samsung to stop innovating. Samsung is the company that's giving tough competition to Apple for which Apple is scared. What is iPhone? Just an expensive toy. What it can do, everything can be done on a cheap Android. The fact is, Apple is a greedy company that can't make innovative products, but sue others for innovating. It's just a patent troll. I wonder how the patent of "round edges on a rectangular phone" got approved by the authority. It's just a patent troll. Apple's motto is, "if we can't innovate, we will not let others do so." I can't wait to see this greedy company get down.

They took the stylus and improved it like never before.
If it was not for Samsung probably the stylus was going the dodo route because everyone thought with touch screen you don't need a stylus.
I like what both companies do, and if only it was possible, i would mind having both apple and Samsung technology into a single device, but since that is impossible we have to decide which one to buy.
I would never buy an iPhone, but i would get an ipad over any android competition. I have been a Samsung user since the GS1, and i can say there was a lot of copying with the SG1. That does not mean apple has never done any copying itself. For the consumers' sake we are tired of these suing stories, we want affordable phones, and what is wrong with borrowing some ideas from other manufacturers?

Since Apple is not making money and they are down on their luck with the expensive IPHONE 4C... They need to find other ways to top up their books by forcing others like Samsung to give their part of the pie... despite the fact that such amounts might hurt Samsung, but Samsung is probably still laughing.
I don't think this is how JOBS would have made money…
