Hope this has more color options and not only black front panel. Be gorgeous as the white xperia sp, please.
I really like the glass back panel of z1, white front & transparent strip of sp with different led colors coming out.

AnonD-167648, 14 Jan 2014Sorry, but 5.2" is too big. We have to draw the line s... morejimmy if your hands aren't exceptionally small you will get used to large phones, you hand muscles will start coordinating to use bigger phones. Soon you will feel that you can handle an even bigger phone. If you live in a cold country and most of the time you use jackets with large pockets even an almost tablet size phone, aka Xperia Z ultra is okay, otherwise if you live in country where most of the time you wear a shirt then sony Xperia Z2 would be good phablet size. Who needs a phablet. : One who uses internet on the mobile, you can open desktop sites on a phablet phone, a desktop site is way better than a abridged mobile site. Next is if you use googel maps and navigation a lot then an experience on a regular sized phone is frustrating while it is possible us navigate using a phablet. If you use a phone to watch videos, play games, and also if you like to put photo phone contacts indexed, so as to have similar contacts on one page. eg, favorites, family, work, relatives, friends etc on separate pages. If you have bigger and high resolution screen then photo contacts can be big and so also the names on them and this is useful for elderly people who are a little visually impaired.

AT LAST a true phablet from sony. Z Ultra is too big for the pocket, I mean literally and not money wise. Probably Xperia Z2 would be easy to accomodate into the pocket. Better battery life, I hope it has good memory also. It has all the 4G LTE spectrum etc.

                  Guys,
Interesting 5.2" LG G2 with best features is available.

So OEMs will stop giving people what they want? Like it or not, people like bigger screens. If people didn't like bigger screens, OEMs wouldn't make them. You're not smarter than the people who run these companies.

And don't pretend to know anything about big phones. The phone my mom used to carry circa 1994 makes my Xperia Z Ultra look like an iPhone. Trust me kid, we're nowhere near the size limit.

Sorry, but 5.2" is too big. We have to draw the line somewhere, otherwise these OEMs will keep pushing until we're all using 6.5" "phones". 5" is already pretty hard to use with one hand (hard to reach the notifications without switching it quite a lot in your hand).

if the cover for the usb and ports are the same like the 1st generation Z then I won't buy it. They don't repair the flaps since they keep on insisting that the damage is "Cosmetic"

Still, my next phone will probably be the Z1 Compact. June is too far away.

extremely large battery with 5" + screen, and thin!
now the remaining dimensions must be bigger than Z1...
