Anonymous, 25 May 2014Does it has the guts to treat china companies like this ?China companies didnt make a fortune by making iphone copies, neither did they make Apple lose significant sales, there is no legal reason to sue them. They could try but where there is no damages there is no legal reason to ask anyone to pay for damages, since there wasnt any damage done in the first place.

Sometimes, i just stop and think, 'why is the clone damaging the sales of the real one? is it because its cheaper? or plot twist, is it actually better? maybe even cheaper AND better...' We might never know.....

This is good, meanwhile Apple and Google have made an agreement not to pursue litigation regarding patents, so this next step is probably with Google's blessing too. Samsung have apparently angered a lot of people, due to their total lack of respect for any law or intellectual property rights.

This is good, as much as i always disliked Apple i was stunned by samsungs shameless copying that started for real in 2010 and escalated well beyond any decency, starting with the Galaxy s there is undeniable evidence of detailed copying of both exterior and software/UI layout and user experience. Theres just no doubt about the guilt, we cannot copy something we like and then when we made hundreds of billions we go back and offer small amounts compensation.
Samsung would not be where they are today without copying everything apple did in 2010-12. Pay up Samsung Mobile, show some gratitude to your creator.

Well I used to love Apple but now they just look desperate. They're getting more and more greedy over time and I just wont give my money to people like that anymore.
