That is the proper way to do it and its how most European and American companies do business.

Nobody can go ahead just copying other. Samsung left behind apple because of new innovations such as better super amoled screen better functionality and simple price. Itseems funny that aApple is using Samsung parts in iphone and still quarrels against Samsung. Apple's drawback is very expensive retail price whereas manufacturing cost is very low , $199 of 5s, and apple can't keep people in illusion any more. Still iphone is good but not best even not only Samsung is throwing it out but Chinese phones are challenging both of them tomorrow.

Felling sorry for samsung.......this is not fair at all, nobody lives in the world without coping, its a human nature, even 1 year child tries to copy words of others, even we copy the subjects from books at school, nothing is running in this world without coping,
but i like apple...because their products high quality.
Why apple is only concentrating on samsung,because samsung is only biggest competitor for them....fearing that they beat apple sales....
to be honest i dont like samsung products....
but i like their marketing.

Im sure if another company came out wih something ground breaking ha everyone would want and need on their personal phone apple would do everything in its power to make their own version. In that im sure they would never dream of trying to copy or steal anything to do so lol
