Perfect coup d'etat! Send your man into the target company. Let him mismanage and wreak havoc on the target. Once the company is too weak to fight a takeover, come in as the perceived saviour. Once in control, conduct cleanup operations on remaining impediments. Classic!

WP 8.1 developer preview makes the device even better. android on the other hand don't offer updates for low - med range devices forcing people to buy new devices just for new os. Now that is cheating/stealing

I have Samsung galaxy ace 2 its really good. a perfect phone for low budget. i bought lumia 520 for my wife. then i realised what awesome means.
for a budget phone we cant expect a lot...
My whatsapp launches in 28seconds in ace 2 and in lumia 520 its just 2 seconds to launch. thats freakin disturbing fact to me... my younger bro is an ifreak using iphone 4 and 4s and to piss him off i gifted a lumia 1520 for his bday. he freaked out and didnt even touch the phone for a week. after 3 months today now i look like a dumbass. somehow the damn WP wins. so my advice dont use WP for more than a month. its extremely infectious...
