OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro get Android Q Beta
Soon after releasing the kernel source code for the OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus has dropped the Android Q Beta for its 2019 flagship as well as the vanilla OnePlus 7.
Both the OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro run Android Pie out-of-the-box, and we are still a few months away from the moment the stable build of Android Q hits these smartphones. Hence, if you want to get a taste of Android Q on your smartphone right now, you can head over to the source link below for full instructions.

However, do note that this beta build comes with its fair share of known issues including but not limited to the following:
- Ambient Display is not working
- System stability issues
- Cannot send SMS when VoLTE is on
- Navigation gesture is not working
- Recovery mode doesn't work
- Some apps may not function as expected when running on this Developer preview release
- Issue with MTP that doesn't allow you to copy rollback file from PC to Phone
If you are still willing to risk installing Android Q Beta, make sure that your phone has at least 3GB of storage available, with the battery level at or above 30%.
