Xiaomi 15 global model's RAM, storage, and colors leak

Xiaomi is launching the 15 Ultra in China later this month, and it's expected to get its global unveiling in Barcelona at MWC at the beginning of March. If history from 2024 repeats itself, then expect the 'vanilla' Xiaomi 15 to make its global debut there as well.

Today a new leak gives us the RAM, storage, and color versions for the global model Xiaomi 15. It is alleged to come in two RAM/storage configurations: 12/256GB and 12/512GB.

That's perhaps less RAM than you may have expected from an Android maker that isn't Samsung. The phone is said to arrive in green, black, and white globally. The international model's specs are "likely" to be identical to those of the Chinese device. As usual, expect the global model to be much more expensive than the Chinese one, due to logistics costs and various taxes.

The Xiaomi 15 has a 6.36-inch 1200x2670 LTPO OLED screen with 120 Hz refresh rate and 3,200-nit peak brightness, the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC at the helm, a triple rear camera system (50 MP main with OIS, 50 MP ultrawide, 50 MP 3x optical zoom telephoto with OIS), a 32 MP selfie snapper, and a 5,400 mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.
