i am using this N500 for last 1 year.now i try to remove battery last week & switch on it ask for security code,i did`n set any code for my phone,i try 12345 but no use,can any body have any Idea for reset the phone,i am here in dubai

I have been using nokia phones for the past 10 years, but after buying nokia 500 I have decided not to buy nokia phones, My nokia 500 was purchased last April yesterday all of a sudden it switched off when I went to Nokia Care I was told there was some problem with the Hardware and I need to pay 4000/- rs. to get it repaired, from now on I have decided not buy Nokia Phones

I have been using this phone for an year now. Touch works fine, 5mp camera too. And though it fell down quite many times, all is well with it... I would say worth buying.

Please can some one out ther help me? My Nokia 500 has been functioning well since i bought it about a year ago. two months ago the screen went dark probably from a fall. Went to an electrinic technician and was told the screen is bad and needs to be replace. since then we ve been unable to find one. Im in Cameroon can some one please help me out of this mess?
