Its Design looks great but looking at the price(only 150 EURO), there is a little bit confusion about its performance.

5230 is more like a smartfone with features like A-GPS and the S60 which is the best OS used for running advanced applications

You get spectacular music features.

So these two phones are different and both are worth buying as they are good in their own terms

n nokia 5230 is priced around 11k
secondly this 3.5mm jack is not a big deal u can anytime buy 3.5jack adapter for as low as Rs 50.
there is no network problem bro... grow up bro n grab ur service provider neck instead of blaming ur innocent phone...lol

star is SLIM and very gud touch response and music good but do not have 3.5 mm jack and battery ,network problem in samsung..Nokia is good at battery and network and has 3.5 mm jack with good music but its BULKY and touch response is not as gud as in star...
price is not a difference when you are going to spent 10,000 rs...1000 rs difference is not a big...

ya yu can say samsung has posed some competition but nokia is king.........yu are talking about samsung star.....its a samsung product so dont expect any downlodable software or games........sound quality is again very bad.....screen size is 3.0' inch......it has 3 megapixel camera bt dnt hv flash and also its having 262k colours....so the image quality of nokia 5230 without flash will be much better than samsung star as its having 16m colours........ya yu can say the price of noki 5230 is higher than samsung star bt its giving quality,,,,,,it also has the 3g with A-gps.....
so now tell me who is the winner.....do reply......

this phone is really good but it is lacking in its camera quality since having only 2 m.p. and even without flash and not even had front camera
