Hi Anuj, can you please suggest why my phone software updater (under applications) is unabl to detect the software Shazam and Scribble

        aswin_india, 14 Aug 2010i bought a 16 GB SDHC class 4 KINGSTON memory card.... bt w... moreChange the file System of memory card to NTFS or FAT32 from FAT. I recommend NTFS since its 16GB. Also defragment it using PC.

          The SW Update or Software Updater section here I referred is one in phone under Application menu and not the NSU for PC.

            And yes, one can change and switch between product codes any times. It doesn't affect things. There are so many tricks involved here. Like one can change product code to that of N97. Then if he check SW updater, he can download and install free applications available to that phone. For N97, there is Mail for Exchange, C memory free up software (which is really useful).

Shazam is preinstalled in v21 but Scribble can be downloaded from SW update section. However when you change back product to original 5235, SW updater won't detect Scribble. So those who haven't got it, first download it (when 5230's product code is enabled) and then change back product code to original.

                    Scribble is installed after u update ur applications using the sw update in applications folder..

                    software v21 also increases the features of the built in web browser.. messaging application opens without a lag.. overall phone is fast.. guys this update was worth risking ur
                    warranty..... those who r still stuck with v12.6.092 plz update u won't regret it..

                        Kinetic Scrolling which is everywhere......
                        Faster UI rotation i.e. No lag when switching from landscape to potrait mode.....
                        Better music player output.....
                        Includes applications such as Shazam...Scribble....
                        Then there are numerous performances upgades and software bugs which have been resolved....

                          i bought a 16 GB SDHC class 4 KINGSTON memory card.... bt when i transfered songs and videos from my pc to memory card ... i cant play t.... bt when i transfered the contents of my previous 2gb memory card to this one i m able to play only those files ,.. i cant play the new files..... plz help me....

                            Guys if you still think that UK customers get 5230 with 350 MB internal mmory then please visit Vodafone (dot)co(dot)uk website and type 5230 in the search columb. You will get the full discription of the phone...This is were we sell this product to the UK customers

                              Hi Anuj and Arpit..i've managed to change the product code of my 5235 using NSS and have updated the firm ware...apart from the kinetic scrolling in the menu page and the folders are there any other featurs that has been introduced in the new update...I got 2 new games DJ mix and Rollercoster...

                              One more thing, is there any way we can manually modify the firmware to include some sound features like in Sony-Ericsson...

                                        what the hell man they give 320 mb internal memory with this set in uk. and v20 released in china and v21 in brazil. we are like bloody small country to them (nokia) like bhutan or something.
