How did you do that. 270 degree is not possible in 5700, have u broken it.
it performs
90 clock - self camera(video call etc)
180 clock - Music player
90 anti clock - front camera
thats it. you can't go beyond this unless the set is broken.

There is some problem with the twist functionality of my nokia 5700. whenever i twist it anticlockwise, it is not getting switch to Camera. Also when it is twisted to 270deg clockwise it is not getting switch to music player. Overall twisting is not working. does anyone know the solution.

Well this phone is great and about the features you get:
-A very clear and large 16m color screen with qvga resolution.
-quadband with umts support (you can use this phone worldwide as your w810 but on 5700 you have 3g and videocall).
-Awesome crystal clear stereo speakers.
-Very good quality sound from the headphones providing good bass and trebble.
-Up to 4gb sdhc expandable memory.
-Bluetooth with ad2p (good bye to wired headphones), infrared (this is old now but can be useful though) and mini usb port.
-About the UI speed this phone is as fast as your w810. Really you won´t see the difference
-The 2mp camera isn´t good, only in light conditions, but the video is above average for the price category.
So this is my personal review about the features of the 5700. It proved to be a very reliable phone and I´m very happy to have choose this over the 6120c.

You can´t say that N96 is faster than 5700. Isn´t even released yet. Did you try it???

The 5700 isn't faster than all Nseries, N76, N81 and N78 are just as fast and N96 is faster in both Processing and UI speed.

very nice phone
it's a bit large, nice though
better than N series in terms of processors
quad band on top of that
everything you need from a perfect phone

nice phone but i think i have a slight problem.
i have compared the volume of my phone with other Nokia 5700, mine is a bit slow.
i tried everything, i set my equaliser profile, setting on audio balance, etc etc but nothing seems to work.
can someone help me on this

Awesome phone.
Faster than any other N series phones.
Only drawback is its camera and about the speed u cant compare with any s60 phone in its range.
I was disappointed when i bought this phone, cos i felt N73 is better. But when i compared this phone with N73 i felt %700 simply rocks.
There are very less complaints against this phone, u can count em on ur fingers.
If ur planning for a phone in the range of 11k better go for this.
I give 9.5/10 for this phone.

hi u r doin d worst thing u kept ur phone on charging whole night?
u must b careful about it. it is ok with facility of automatic stop of charging at battery full
charger comin with phone somewhat diff then oter phones
lik it has 5 volt DC output
but 800mA of curreent also n73 has about 900mA
othrs hav 350 around
so again b carefull n enjoy 5700

To make your phone work replying messages go to messaging, press opsions, settings, text message then scroll to reply via same centre and select yes.

firware 3.83 is very very stable, provided that you are not using any Anti Virus. Though it is also stable with AV also but sometimes using AV results in hang/crash.

ahmmm i had it fix yesterday i paid 1500 pesos ,,,,,,,, wats the best firmware so that the phone wont crush like it always do...............???????? i will appreciate any answer tnx guys>>>>>>>....

reinstall yahoo go from PC via PC Suite & when it ask you to overwrite existing app. say yes. after this try uninstalling & you should succeed.

this phone had been released 11 months ago and why this phone has been removing from nokia official sites like europe,uk,asia facific,german,pakistan.surely nokia is going to released its successor,can anybody confirm it,PLEASE

i got that 2 times.......connect your phone back to the charger, and try to boot it.....it should work....at least it wirked with me when i turned it on....

ahmm. i had bought this pone
i was charging it overnight then when i woke up in the morning the phone is off i tried to on it but it will not on what should i do pls help me........... or has any of u had problems like this? what do u tink is the damage?
