i want touchscreen phone with WiFi. samsung f480 has broad but little short screen with 5mp camera but no WiFi. 5800 has long little thin screen with 3 mp camera and also has WiFi. Which one should i buy? please make your suggestions.

the front camera can be used to... moreHi noidea, good to see you again. I don't see you as often again in n78 forum. Have you replaced your n78 with 5800?
Thanks about the front camera but i have v10 software and haven't got a stable broadband connection to upgrade to v21 yet.

There is something wrong in my homescreen , when I press on the contacts button or dial there is no response at all , I had installed the latest firmware 2 times and restored factory settings and formated memory card and the problem persist , any one with ideas ?

I just bought Nokia 5800 & i think it's almost perfect... moredont worry dear its normal I suggest when ever you buy any mobile charge it first for the minimum SIX hours then use it unless you see the battery shows " LOW BATTERY " after that Re-charge it again not for SIX hours but uptill you see chargiing completed or CHARGE FULL then you can freely charge it any time but 1st these two step are very important for giving Long Life bost battery Performance. Trust me if you do this you will never have any problem in your battery I have Experience this & now i m telling you my secret :>)

i purchased the nokia 5800 and is good for all music, camera, and also to access internet.
but the problem with my device is that- i used internet connection on my mobole for month aferwaards i connect it to pc as modem . buu after that my mobile have problem while connecting to internet it asking that , data connection not avilable and web unbale to perform operation is this problem of mobile or AIRTEL service provider. pls reply

Hi.. I just bought Nokia 5800 & i think it's almost perfect.. However, just 1 thing.. I found the battery life is quite short. I have to charge it every 2 days..
Is it normal? Or just my phone?? Anyone are welcome to advice..

I love the Nokia 5800! I have had many phones. From Samsung to Lg to Sony. Nokia has always been my least opted brand. But the 5800 has all of the Nokia smart ideas and some new ones.

Hi,
My phone get stuck very often and i need to remove the battery to restart it.(However my phone is updated with the new software)
Some nos of the caller id and the caller id photo doesn't appear, but on some nos caller ids and photos appears.
Sometimes touch pad doesn't work.
I love this phone very much and nothing to beat this phone when i compare with the other phones.
Please help me resolve this issue.

just want to ask is your 5800 made in china??? if its made in china, is it running well? is there any problems on it?? Im from the philippines and all nokia here is made in china. please anybody answer my question.
