.5.0 Touch: Phonebook crashing when adding detail: Birthday, Anniversary,,My Nokia: phone displays “#” in front of Application name,,Last word disappears when selecting receiver in SMS,,The Messaging application crashes a lot specially when replying or trying to send SMS you have to remove battery to be able to use the device again, nokia ,5800, hahahaha

does anyone managed to install any gps program and maps exept nokia maps ? every program i tried for symbian phones dont work with 5800 toch screen

Superb set of features but MAJOR PROBLEM WITH SCREEN. Changes colour / hue every now and then. The screen even goes blank frequently. I would like to throw it back to Nokia if they refund my money.

hii evrybody, plzz tell me should i buy this fone or not. and what is firmware v20, and what is the problem in nokia 5800,what is firmware?i heard there is a problem in ear pees and it hang also, and when nokia shash nokia 5800xm rate? plzz reply me , and when buying this fone what should i check, ,, thanks,,.raj

i did it alo.nothing fruitful.
waiting for any other third party player or nre firmare to fix this problem.

same problem is faced by me also.i have also ... moreDo a Reset on it by typing *#7370#, enter the security code 12345, then OK.

Please guys help me out with this problem , everytime i upload songs in 5800 and when i go to music library to refresh it , it starts refreshing and refreshing and in end it hangs up there , tell me what to do, i recently updated the firmware to 20 version. Help!

Honest Opinion !!!
This mobile is really Excelent but if you are looking for cam it is not good specially at night day time pictures are taken sharp with really 3.2 Megapixel Result & regarding video quality its awsome Mp4 format which looks like any dvd movie running on it, I suggest peoples who are movie lover & still thinking for buy it kindly Go for it & trust me you will enjoy it as it is full of entertainment package with 8Gb & can be extened its SD Memory card later upto 32GB, and do not think for updating its version 11.0.008 is much enough for it do not get bad feed backs from the peoples as they have not used it & they tries to make people confuse, My suggestion is that Goo for it & if you any question related this you can ask the questions here as gsmarena does'nt allow any id here to show in the public other wise I will mention my id here.
