Dani, 19 Feb 2009So its constant firmware updates for 5800 then huh? Is ... moreOh Dani, must you carry the war here also? This phone is ok if you want a good touchscreen and nice symbian. The battery life as far as i can see for now is comparable to that of k850i. Everything about the phone is ok except for the camera which in my opinion is really terrible. Anyway, since i have my k850i for good pictures who cares about 5800 camera. Now the music player is good with good sound production. You can set the equalizer to your taste if you don't want the pre factory ones. Video player can't be better with choices of video sizes. Video recording i have not put to test but promises to be ok with what i've seen. Now the icing on the cake, texting with stylus in predictive text mode is just marvellous. Smooth and very fast. If nokia puts their camera acts together, tip phone will be da bomb.

The phone codecs will support a certain range of audio/Video Bitrates and FPS, if your videos are not within these ranges, u wont be able to play them properly.
U can use nokia PC suite to convert videos, it will detect the audio/video bitrates your phone will support and can convert videos to appropriate format autometically.

Hey guys do u have any issues with the touch screen. Some say it isn't user friendly and needs to PUSHED HARD rather than touching. And how is the battery life. Do be honest. I need some true comments. Cos this may be my next phone. Regards:-)

Interface is not very userfriendly.
Cam is not good.
Accelerometer is too fast.
Proximity Sensor is of no use.

Guys. Don't worry about battery life. I'm using n95 8gb n 5800 battery life amost the some. If u heavy user(browse internet. Mp3.taking pic.even video) about 1 day. If not enought spare 1 more batterylah..
