If you tend to get confused by technology, then go for something with a simpler UI (User Interface).
Or go for a really rugged phone, which may be available in pink ..LOL

PLEASE HELP
i have one question, i saw some videos on youtube where there are superb transition effects on the fone(the whole screen goes back, then moves out and the next screen comes in and sets on the screen).
i have turned the theme transition effects ON but all i get is the fading in/out effect and the menu effect(which work excellent by the way). are there any more settings for that or is it availaible only with the red one? i have the blue one.
Also, how do we use the COMES WITH MUSIC SERVICE.

Im so lucky. was saving money for n82 when this babe was announced. Changed my mind quickly. got this fone on sunday(18th jan). no hangs or call problem(may be the earpiece problem is solved in all units now). ui is fast, not slow as some retards say. Touch is very sensitive(ofcourse not as good as the iphone)
so many extra stuff in the package at so little price.

then wait for about 30secs, the indicator will have some green lights. then wait for another 30 to 60 secs and it will show you your current position.

5800 has same problem as Nokia patented needs updates as quality ad performance is left to the consumer. If we dont die to buy first unit first day its own created problem. Earpiece plus sensitivety touch is horrible itd price has come down more than half bcuz Chinese made 100% music has nothing to do with touch which Nokia has experimented. They are even worst than chinese made local cells worth 100$ max. Think twice before you jump have easy money to throw around Guys.

its fantastic & really a great device bt there is a prblem in the earpiece. it sounds very slow even if the volume is full. nokia people, pls clarify the prblem.

C'mon u guys!!! Stop complaining about 5800.. U all already bought the phone because that is your choice.. So deal with that.. As 1 of the user of 5800, I face the same problem but it's ok.. I never think negative about the phone.. As a matter a fact right now the phone is ok.. I can hear clearly.. My battery life is ok eventhough I used it to watch movie, sms and a lot of things and I charged the phone every 4 days.

guys please its really urgent!! i need to know if i get this phone or not cause i told my dad to get it from abu dabi or dubai..do i tell him not to?!! cz i rarely change my phone so i dont want to get stuck with a sodding one for 2 years! and btw im rly not a smooth and caring user:P plz ppl who already have it tell me whether to get it or not !:(

i faced the ear piece problem yesterday bt i just dnt wanna send it for warranty..... I mean if you're spending 350£ on a cell phone and you're going to send it for warranty it's just not fair...... And sm1 asked for battery life.... Well it just su*ks!!!!! I dnt use wifi gps and just 1 to 2 jhour music and it get's empty at night!!!!

this phone is very very bad!!
I bought it 10 days ago, and returned it to the mobile shop after 7 days use!!. I found it slow, software is very difficult, GPS doesn't work properly and camera reselution is very bad however it is 3.15 MP. So i advice any one to not buy this phone

Hey guys,
i bought 2 of these 5800's a week ago.
from day 1, the phones always get stuck when i try messaging.
Also the earpiece volume adjusts automatically while on a call..
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? AND HOW 2 GET RID OF IT?

Hi Guys,
I am back this time with new Method to solve problem for “Expired Certificate”
1. Backup all the data using PC suite.
2. Remove the MicroSD by pressing once the Power button and select remove memory card and press ok. then remove it.
3. Then enter the code *#7370#
4. Mobile will get restarted then enter Phone code default is 12345.
5. Then select the your region, Date, Time.
6. Power it off.
7. Insert the MicroSD card.
8. Power it on.
Install apps no more error.
Now no more “Expired Certificate” error will occur i have tested it.
