5800 is better ... coz it has good screen than e71
n internet (gprs)is like the class of e71..
definately go for 5800.

I've got the 5800 the other day..and this is what i'm going to say.
I have to admit that it was poorly designed and how they put it together. you have to remove the stylus just to remove the battery cover. removing the battery cover is one thing that i hate the most cause it feels like you're opening a lid of a plastic container.
The material that had been used for the stylus is unforgivable. I really have to say this cause i do use the stylus a lot cause it is more precise when you're working on a touchscreen. it is easy to accidentally break it. nokia should have included more on a package instead of just one extra.
funny thing is..the stylus of NINTENDO DS is the one i'm using, cause it's flexible yet sturdy.
removing and inserting the memory card somewhat gets in my nerve not to mention how to work around with the simcard.
I could do away with bugs and lags cause we all know that there'll be numerous firmware updates coming our way. but with the things that I mention above...I don't think I can hold on much longer with the 5800.

In my country its price is 150% means to say too costly.... i'm waitng 4 it 2 normalize..........or else i'll buy n79...

Hi. I have brought N5800. I liked this phone so much. But i finding some error. Like it gets turned off after sometime also when i browse internet and keep phone idle for some time it gets turned off. Can anyone help. I think this should be software issue. Can anybody tell me did nokia have released new software version for 5800

how r u dude ? not to be seen now a days.i got mine yesterday...red colour...it was updated to 11.0.008 version. i didnt find any problem in volume as complained by so many . ( may be i am one who got a good piece).
it was so good to feel the touch screen...i am so happy.

I have this phone since a month and as my personal experience this is the slowest touch screen phone in mobile world is it with the OS Or something else plz help me or i will sell it thanks babye

I bought the 5800 yesterday , made in Finland with stand and all accessories with 2700 LE(490U$D) in Egypt .
I am so happy with it , very good phone .
i send my thanks to Nokia .

hi i bought one 5800 today, it is one of the best mobile which i never seen.very good touch screen response best surround sound. best internet exp.
it costs me 22000 Rs in chennai.

The price is roughly 350 Euros (Php 20k). I've used the 1st & 3g iphones (not mine T_T) & i must say the touch interface still exceeds nokia's in terms of fluid transitions. But keep in mind that this is not Nokia's flagship phone, the way it performs as a midrange phone should make Apple feel very threatened. I cant believe it myself, this phone is not considered as a smartphone... But with a specs sheet like this plus a price tag that doesn't burn a hole in your pocket, this will be a profitable quarter for nokia.
