craig, i need your help about megapixels cause i was trouble deciding what phone to get, 5800xm has a 3.2 megapixel and N97 has a 5.0 megapixel, what's the difference? is it the quality or the size that you can print between the two? cause i'm deciding to get the 5800xm, i can't wait for N97 and i don't need full qwerty keyboard...

Below is my email that I have sent to gsmarena staff requesting them to protect us and there website. It has come to my attention and who know's how long iut has been going on, but people are leaving post and signing off using other peoples names from previous post and it causes trouble and misleads, which I'm not happy with.

Firstly I just wanted to congratulate you on a great website. It's easy to navigate around and it's the number one site I come too when making a dicision to buy a new mobile phone.
I have been coming to your website for quiet sometime now and now and then I will leave feedback in your forums to give other readers information on first hand experience on a particular model I have or used before, to help them decide what's best for them.
My screen name that I use on your forum is "craigy29" as this is my first name and my age when I first starting using your forum (I'm now 31). I've lately been leaving a lot of reviews and post on the forum for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Mobile and it has came to my attention that someone has been going in and leaving nasty comments to other users and signing off as my user name "craigy29" in which quiet upsets me as I"m an honest person and would never attack anyone on your furums verbally.
I follow all your rules and regulations to the use of your website and understand that you take no responsibility to what is posted on your website, in which I understand.
However I think it may be time to protect your users identification and creditability on your forums and provide us with our own user name log in with our own password to be able to log into your website forums and leave feedback.
I believe by taking this step you will better your websites privacy and protection and also protect your clientel that use your site everyday.
I love usiung your website but I want the comfort of knowing that I can trust the views and feedback left by people who are being honest and open and helpful and knowing that if everyone has their own set of log in user name and passwords, you can come to trust these peoples views and information as you'd know it could only be by the same person using their secure log in codes.
Please take this information from a concerned gsmarena user and assist us in protecting yourselves and your clients. Please set up on your site our opwn user name and password log ins to your forums so only registered users can leave feedback. I want this feature on your website and I'm sure other users would like this feature as well.

Don't you be sorry mate, it isn't your fault at all. Your a good guy here and gsmarena need more dudes like you here but they do need to protect us.
I'd like to keep in contact with you, your post and help on here has been the best.
I have just emailed gsmarena directly with my concerns and requesting to put up a user name and password log in for people to protect there identity.
We'll keep in touch some how.

No more helping hand to 5800 forum.As my friend Craig pointed out in his mail.unless we get our own id , i will not be able to share any more information related to 5800. i love this forum where everybody can share their views , i mean honest views. so let us not loose our reputation or dignity by helping out here.
@ gsm arena....if you guys are listening ...then please provide some kind of security system like personal user id etc.

It hasn't been me responding to your last post or two. I have just logged onto gsmarena and have seen someones been using my post name and responding to you. Looks like they are starting something and saying the wrong things.
As you can see from my recent post, I've decided not to respond or give my feedback anymore, I'm an honest guy but until GSM Arena can provide us with our own log in user name and passwords, I"mno longer comfortable supporting their site or giving hands on experience information to there viewers. I"m sure you understand where I am coming from.

Hi Guys,
I have just logged onto GSMarenan to find someone is using my user name and saying things that I haven't even written.
This is really appalling and discusting and childish and pathetic that someone can do this.
I have sent a lengthy email to gsmarena to give us our own log in identification with user name and password, so no one can use my screen name or try writing on my behalf.
Who ever it is using my name, my real name is Craig by the way and the 29 is my age, I think you should stop and grow up you childish person.
To all that have been asking me questions and to give them feedback on the Nokia 5800 and helping you with your questions, I just want you all to know that I have decided from this post on wards that I will not be writing anymore post or responding to anyones questions as I don;t want to be responsible for wrong information given to you. I do apologise for this, I am a very honest guy but I"m not going top let anyone ruin my reputation.

well every one is talking abt battery but what abt camera is it good or not do let me know.becoz i wanna buy i m confuss shall i buy e 71 or 5800. so plz let me know and review r mix some on say battery is good and another say bad.craig u tell me what is it shall i buy 5800 or not do tell me

Those who are not having 5800 or can not accept the truth, only can do this. so dont ever try to do this cause 5800 remains best ever fone ever made with touch screen support.
ok...now lee me talk something else.
i have prepared a doc file which contains all the reviews made till date about 5800.its about more than 550 pages which gives each details and comparison.
so all guys download and give me the feed back.

The battery will drain quickly if ur constantly on the internet on it, i find it drains more using the internet then listening to music. I sometimes give it a quick little charge in the afternoon b4 heading home from work and all is ok. The makers of batteries give you recommendations on what u can get out of a battery, however it's going to come back to each individuals type of usage. Cheers Craig
