i have bee using this phone for almost 2 years now and i'm kinda losing hope from nokia because since they have launched the symbian 3^, they haven't paid any attetion to the symbian s60 5th ed. I have this phone for me to use for my media needs and i have my e63 for the more serious (:-P) part of having a mobile phone texting,calling,email, etc. i have no problem although nokia doesn't care with the old models anymore. i have been waiting for the official update of the widget homescreen and other features that the phone doesn't have, but i think they left the users.i'm from the philippines and i have been waiting for the updates since i read about the rumors that nokia will give an official update of have the same features as the nokia n97 phone. I hope nokia will continue supporting us or else my 5800 will be my new movie player and i will switch to iphone or maybe an android phone

Using 5800 for 2 years, amazing fone! NAV works great with data plan, synch in 5 sec, otherwise takes 45sec. Next year might go for C7, but no rush, this fone is great, even dropped in water, and still works!

I have been using this phone for 1 year. Now suddenly all my music files have dissapeared from the music file/catelogue. After searching for them I found them in File Manager. How did they get there and why and how am I going to get them back to where they belong? Thanks for your comments!

After having used the phone for 1 year, I suddenly found that my music files have dissapeared from the "Music" file/catelogue. I eventually found all of them in File Manager. Can anyone please explain how they got there and how do I get them back in their original position where they belong?

i just let go of this phone a week ago for an android phone, i could say ovi map is cool, because of the offline feature, you can still navigate.
but it gets really hot when u share your connection as wifi.
