i bought this phone from 4 days
it's a good one
i liked it but i didn't explore everything yet
but i noticed that there isn't any arabic language
how come a nokia phone which is being sold in middle east area and other arabic countires and it don't have arabic settings
it's too bad 4 the phone
nokia made a huge mistake by this thind
i need to ask if there is any solution for this prob
i need an arabic settings especially writting arabic msgs
plz if anyone can help

Anonymous, 10 Dec 2008is it already out in stores in Riyadh, KSA? please answer me. No.. Still not in KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait & Oman. The only place that has it is in UAE. It should be released on December 25, thats what Nokia shops have said.

hani, 10 Dec 2008here in lebanon i bought it yasterday its amazing phone goo... moreLiar the phone has not been released in Lebanon yet, U only can book the phone for only $399 from virgin megastores, and u receive it on the 22nd of this month!!

Ok. After 2 days of use, first impressions: Easy to use, good speaker, good network coverage, good battery life so far still 50% after intensive use.
The music quality was a little better on n85 using the same headphones. That's surprising..and unexpected to say the least. GarminMobileXT installs fine but there is no way of controlling so don't count on it.Also, all other s60 applications must be rewritten to support touch screen s60 devices so keep this in mind as a had a very unpleasant surprise. Cheap looking unfortunately.

How many speakers 5800 have? And where are located? Do they produce much bass?

Bought this one yesterday... so far, SO GOOD!!!
It's so unfair to compare it to an Nseries since this is an Xpressmusic series. But as an Nseries user for quite awhile now, I can say it can match up some Nseries in terms of some specs(CarlZeiss optics, clear crisp, bright LCD etc).
Good touch interface. Very responsive. I cannot compare it to an iPHONE coz I did not own one.
Overall its a great phone! You won't regret getting it...

Eric, 10 Dec 2008good phone with good spec and good price,but 5800 have a of... moreno it doesnt have office applications preinstalled and u need to wait for Q2 '09 for the office edition for S60 5th Ed.
