How would like rate or compare Omnia 900 to 3g apple Iphone.How soon do you think we will see Samsung omina
with windows 7 version.

i work at nokia romania,near cluj and i saw a few future models. i can tell you for sure that the future 8 megapixel mobile from nokia will be a touch screen like 5800. i saw it in tests here and some of my collegues already have it in tests. the code is not yet fixed,now it's name is n-xx on it. 8mp,w-vga video rcording,symbian,touchscreen and all goodies. will be announced official in one months and in february will be available

Comaparing the specs of the Iphone 3g and Nokia 5800 i can see at first sight that Nokia 5800 is better... I don't like Iphone, very good display and OS and that's all...
Nokia 5800 has more features, good display, user friendly OS, better camera that can make videos, mms, solid construction, nice looks.... so, please people, don't compare all the touchscreen phones with Iphone, because half of last touchscreen phones are better than the Iphone...
If you want to compare touchscreen phones, compare with an HTC product... because HTC is very focus on touchscreen phones....

in another review, they were even called biase(or say nokia fan), just to to compare 5800 with iphone...
well both phones have their respective makers and im sure got their own levels of affordability and usability...in their last comments, they said that if your budget is low and need phones like iphones, better buy 5800, but if you can afford to buy iphone, then buy iphone without heistations...
therefore, there is now way we can compare 5800 and iphone...it is matter of choice....

Can I download all my java games like PES 2009, Golf Tour & Sega Rally 3D??? What the heck are we gonna do when the app. ask to press "any key??" will a on screen t9 keyboard and dpad be on the screen when running these apps.?
Can I download and run opera mini and my dictionary app. just like my 5700. or maybe I should buy the old but gold nokia n82!!!!!! help me geeks!! come on u can do it!

@BApu i totally agree with you i dont know why are ppl fighting over iphone issue everyone has his choice but honestly Nokia almost gives everything with this beauty i was gifted iphone by my son last year and i kept on using my N73 ppl dont quarrel just compare with cool minds and keep what you need that easily done than said

I couldn't give a f@ck about the iPhone and its poor specs! The 5800XM is the perfect device for me. 3.2inch 360x640 screen which will look FAR better than the iPhone's, Symbian S60v5 with backwards support of S60v3 apps meaning THOUSANDS (LITERARILY!) of apps already available for it at release, TV-Out, 3.2mp Carl Zeiss Auto Focusing cam with double LED, VGA 30FPS video recording, a 1350mAh removeable battery, proper 3.5mm jack, dual stereo loudspeakers, 128mb RAM to multitask PROPERLY, GPS/A-GPS, A Web browser with Java Script support, Flash8 content support, Bluetooth file transfer, a expandable memory up to 32GB with 8GB included in package, Java Virtual Engine etc. . . .the 5800XM is FAR BETTER than that crap iPhone, the iPhone fanboys can stick to their useless paper weight wana be multimedia device, il be enjoing my 5800xm soon. =)

Its Sad... every time a touch screen phone comes out ppl start comparing it to the iPhone... i donno .... i-mate used to make touch screen phones way before the iphone... why dont ppl say that apple copied i-mate, ironically even the names have "i's" in them... hmmm now whose fault is that?

this another copy of an iphone...cant they make somethin different. lookin fwd to see more of nokia mobile than iphone copies or other brand copies, cuz nokia is one of the best brands, love it.
