I am faciing the same problem. I have already tried reset both hard & Soft reset but still no go.
Let me know if you find a solution to this problem.
I have also tried contacting Nokia Service centre, they say you need to format Memory card, which i can't coz there are approx 1900 msgs.

Hi how are you . I download full size moves on my 8G memory card from the pc with avi format & play it with smart movie. Please tell me the over all performance with the 32 G Memory card .

install fxplorer in to ur mobile and check the *divice info* in the tools menu !!!

ASSALAM O ALAIKUM I have this phone from last 2 months but it comes into warranty from last 2 weeks.my problem is that i have 2 msgs in my outbox which r neither deleting nor resending plz tell me the suitable solution ov my problem.I have reset and restart my phone but i still have this problem and the outbox's symbol is shown on the screen plz plz plz help me...

Please nokia release a different battery with longer time of usage for this phone. I will throw my original battery and buy it happily.

Hervin, 15 Sep 2010Nokia5800 supported this format DIVX & XVID? Yes, is supporting XVid or DIVx with subtitles too(only .sub files). There is a 3rt part app. called "SMART MOVIE PLAYER" (is the player for mobile and a converter for PC). But unfortunately you must convert some of them because 5800xm IS A LOW PERFORMANCE phone, and if you put directly the movie with 700MB
