to all my friends in MIDDLE EAST. Do not take this type of phones for the sake of connecting to 3G network's internet only. Because HSDPA modems are available in market. Use the help of net blogs and net shopping to acquire one.Learn well about 2G,3G,3.5G etc. from blogs and also the technologies used for connecting to internet such as HSDPA,WCDMA,EDGE,GPRS etc.Think twice before u spent.

Hi Guys i have this phone for about 6 months and i love it... i just want to know can i connect it to my pc n download full movies on it! i have a 32gb memory card so im sure the memory wont be a problem if its possible

I just bought this phone, it works excelent and is great. I want t0 kn0w if it is free to conect to the wi-fi spots in namibia

it is wonderful phone. but from my use of one year i found only one problem. I cannot see the screen on the sunlight. it is a very bad experience to attend phone without knowing exactly who is calling. Any solutions ??

Peter, 13 Sep 2010Hello everyone, i would like to know if we still can update... moreNo way Peter, you cant update your phone via OTA , OVI suite, NSU and also Nokia Care Center Until you Flash it back to Original Nokia 5800 V51 Firmware...If you try to do so on C6 CFW you will brick your phone...The only way out is Flash again with newer FW's...

somethings wrong with the new firmware , when im in a application such as web browser mp 3 player etc. when i open the options menu , i see a white color border around the symbian logo that gets displayed in the top right , this must be a bug , and im pretty sure everyone got the same trouble . i hope this will be fixed in the next firmware fast . plus for the added mp3 player widget those are not properly optimized for the screen , the mp3 player widget and contacts widjet and the email notification area looks fugly than the one we have seen on other similer phone model screens . i hope all will be fixed soon .

I have this phone for an year now. Nokia worked hard to improve it's OS. They have developed a full database of software, the OVI suite. You can download dousins of app for this phone, including very good e-mail clients like Emoze, music players like Powermp3, games etc. Of course ... some payed. I use it as a business phone for mail, iternet, music etc. Even so a litle piece of advice ... don't expect it to be an ultra high end performer. It has a lack of internal RAM memory which often makes imposible running more than 4 or 5 apps at a time and becomes anoyingly slow, but if you are pacient it does it's job at the end. Overall, don't be afraid it's a good investment. If you like auditions it's the most impressive gadget you can think of ... clear crisp sound, but for this you sure need some other headphones than those it comes with. I use AKG K414P. I sure hope this helped. Cheers
