5800 came with mmc problem, just a few phone come with first class or second class mmc. most of them come with sixth class mmc, which is easily to be broken.. be patient brother.. :)

The latest 5800 firmware is v50.2.5 for RM-428.

The memory card supplied along with the 5800 phones, gets corrupted, so what you need to do is purchase one from the market it will last longer.
The problem you are facing has been already faced by many people, but they couldn't make out exactly whats happening to the data which was on card.
Moreover, I tried recovering data on the card but photos and videos gets corrupted very easily, but there are chances that you may be able to recover some photos, videos must have surely damaged.

Hi guys just wnt to share ive downloaded a SPB shell 3.5 UI! Its awes0me great! Try it! U dnt need to change ur device for new one! The homescreen cn be fully cust0mize! 3-5pages u can scroll horizontally! With two types of lay outs u can scroll vertically to0.

guys i really need help i had a nokia 5800 which went dead after 3 weeks than i was using its memory card in nokia 5233 so after 10 months 8 gb memory card is dead i formated it with sd formatter v2 even then its not showing anything in phone but it showing up in computer using memory card reader so i wanna ask can nokia care replace my memory card as i have bill of nokia 5800 and it still hold warranty as that phone is dead and meusing that card in another phone need help urgently.
