Hi guys..m having an issue...the screen kips smuthering...as in,it jus goes in to a bunch of colours..a discodarnt mess..v tried the hard reset abut wen i put it on,after sme time,the phones screen z all...jus messed up..wats the reason for this...

Anyone pls suggest a solution for this........ pls
I bought a Nokia 5800 xpressmusic 7 months back in Chennai, India. After I upgraded it to V40.0, the screen is going blank and restarting itself most of the time when I send a message or when I am using any application. Even I had tried resetting via *#7370# and of no use.
Anyone pls suggest a solution for this........ pls

well.t's a nice phone....bt nt so appealing n oda ting i gotta say s camera s vry vry bad.......2 b frank u'll b devasted n confused by seeing d pics........

i just got a stupid question here, for those who are concerned i really need your knowledge so please a little explantion ok. what's the difference between symbian and Android? what's 5800 and samsung (jet) S8000 of the 2?
... is this a big issue ey? hoping for your best answer the soonest.. salamat!

Ever since Nokia 5800 was released worldwide an year back, reading two things everytime have caused me a headache-- first, 5800's comparison with iphone everytime (knowing well that resistive and capacitive are two different levels). Secondly, poor camera of 5800 (get a professional camera instead).
Move on guys... Leave it behind. This phone has become old now and so has those two things. Monotonous-mania i must say.

to get d best camera results under poor lighting (especially when indoors, clubs) change d scene mode to "night" and adjust exposure to 1 or higher (depending on how dark d area u r about to shoot)

Quick try newest firmware v40.. It is very cute.. Kinetic scrooling.. Ovi contact.. Ovi map n gps.. Ect.. Thanks v40

Nokia 5800 is actually the most popular phone ever on gsmarena. I think it is due to its mass appeal. Nokia hit a bulls eye in compromising between budget and features.

i thought this was cool.. but not so appealing.. when i tried to use it its a touch screen but not side swiped like most touch screen.. its nothing compared to other touch screens with widgets.. its up and down swipe only.. i like side swiped best.. and 4 way navigation touch screen for menus and other stuffs ..
camera is bad and messy when it captures..
try it your own good..

when i take video with this phone, after a few day, the video gone, the video is quite big..
is it the problem of the phone or memory card??
and message that i send via bluetooth cannot be delete..
