you just need to go to the nokia center to have that update, thats the most safest thing to do. Try that first. God bless

Hi,
The issue posted in my previous post regarding the dialling of number options while on call seems to be working.
The only thing u need to notice is that , u have to wait till the automated menu has given all the options.
Like press 1 for....., 2 for..... 3 for....., i tried pressing 1 after after it said 1,,,it didnot work...but agian pressed after the IVR is done with all the options. it worked...
