Amit, 05 Feb 2010hi i've updated my firmware to V40.0.0.05 yesterday.. but... morego to contacts then put ur finger on then push up the contact then leave it will kepp moving upward..

but i dont know what is kinetic scrolling.
coz i dont see difference in the scrols, its same the previous one...
so can anyone tell me what is kinetic scrolling...thanx

heya peeps i hav the 5800 and soundwise im not satisfied.....currently im using ipod earphones on the fone but its still not loud enough......HELP!!!!!!

my 5800 Xpress music can't play movie clips, video clips, not even AVI type of files. It only plays the ones that I take using the phone itself.
Is there a version or any application that I can download to be able to play files ?

This phone is awesome. I had the iphone and this thing is so much better. The sound is AMAZING!!! The touch screen is better then the iphone and can put a 16GB memory card in it. The only thing is the app store isnt as good as the iphone and I had to pay $10 to get my sms in threated view but other then that it is Aweosme

Anonymous, 04 Feb 2010can this phone manage a 32gb microSD card? Nokia 5800 can take microSD card up to 16 GB. Officially only up to 16 GB.

Wasim, 04 Feb 2010You should first download latest version of Nokia Software ... moreya i just downloaded the latest software for the Nokia Software updater yesterday. I tried updating through this software along with the *#0000# and it still says no update is available. plz helppp

I got this handset at eye catching price of Rs 12800 and its actually value for money , although you have to compromise on touch sensitivity.Gui is not that user responsive .One has to get used to use it and find ways to do even simple things in better way.

all my incoming msgs are saving in my folder as a spam msg.. Watz da problem?? Why not itz saving in the phones msg inbox?? Reply guyz.. Thanx in advance..

hi all..i ve been using the tube fr a month..totally satisfied..my qstn relates to the new turn tat symbian has taken..nw tat its open source can we expect more free apps on par with the android?does opening up the source code mean anything to the intrinsic safety nets that symbian is famous for?and i heard that s60v1 is the new name fr v5 that 5800,n97 mini run ..is it jus the nomenclature or is it a totally new releasr?and finally..is it ok to hack my phone?does it harm my phone in anyway?

new update on home page of 5800 on gsmarena,,it in reviews part about 3 boxes down..gsma decided that there has been so much updated since original review they updated it..go read it..

How do you turn off the Camera Sound?On one profile put ringing type "silent" and on that profile there will be no sound vhen you use the camera :)
