I have HP laptop with Vista Home. I am going to buy 5800xm maily for wireless internet to my laptop.
Shall there be any troubles when connecting internet from 5800xm to vista home edition?
Please share and advise for 5800+vista internet connection.

is a major turn-off for me already, it's too big), but
I have the 5800, so I recommend 5800, no major problem
/ issue since I bought it almost two months ago in an airport Duty Free Shop. For the price, it's well worth
it, as you get a lot of function for a phone...

do the new firmware v31 support av out mode. Means that i buy a av out cable bnd use it after i upgrade this firmware. Please help.. ↲B4 this i try to use my friend av cable n cant use it usinguhe old firmware.

hi, guy! I am a new user of this nk5800Xp. i was just wondering, why my device will sometime unable to detect my memory card when i was going to open my new received messages. (e.g; i initially set my msg setting to save my msg in memory card, however when i received my msg it said unable to detect my memory card) And my memory card is working fine. Any ideas? Please help! =)

hi, please its humble request to all of you dont encrouge to buy this phone i had purchased on diwali by seeing its looks but really tired of this,in 20 days i used only two calls i used it for listening musik it keep hanging alot then sudden hanged like anything no buttons are working i took it to nokia care he upgraded latest f/w v31 since then it works good for week then again touch problem and hangs,some time shortcuts was not working then again i took it to nokia today they says its board problem have to send to company it will take minimum 15-20 days to come back its really request youto all dont write in this forum just to boost sell of nokia in india
i will surely file complain to consumer court here in hyderabad india to return my money .in nokia care people are saying they are reciving daily minimum 5 5800 everyday for repair ,,,,ill and for delievery and will sell in market for anything returns,

Decent priced phone for the stuff offered.
Is it possible to fill the home screen with more than 4 shortcuts or some icons?
Any theme/application which can do the above said?

hello. I have a little problem. When i watch youtube wideo with my5800, video hangs when played about 3~6 s.seconds continue go on but video and audio hangs. When i try to scroll video back,it resumes where it hanged and plays with no problems. At the beginning i didnt have such problem.

BTW, can you tell me something? Does your phone have Office Document Viewer?

Nokia: one should promise less and try to deliver the unexpected wows. why say you can surf on the Internet with this phone? this will only to lead to lots of memorable disappointing problems. this is not a smart phone like the N97(mini)

Does any one know if you have to use the stock earphones to listen to the radio? Or you can use your own earphones...?
