its a good mobile for normal users.but it has problem with its serial cable connectivity.it only connect through internet via IR no cable support.

The phone is ok, just that its pack is not too strong and the memory capacity is too small but I love the phone.

good mobile but I have a problem with battery. It stays only tow days only, please can any one tell me what is PTT (push to talk)
in the manual is written you add external bluetooth. can I by this memory send files to other mobiles (cell phones) have bluetooth or only to headpeakers.

perfect student-type phone,if ur expecting high class business functions uv got the wrong phone, but for basic functions it works like a dream!I'm very happy with this phone.only irritating thing iv found is the colours are not sharp in the menu, they tint to whatever colour you choose as ur setting, but it's not a major problem, only aesthetic. and not much memory... love this phone,joystick+awesome!

i have never ever come across handset like 6020 in nokia ,Head phone failed & clarity picture is worst . but spped in net is fine

After using mine for 1 week, the setting for operation logo completely failed. it is nolonger highlighted. Very irritating

It has the worst ear piece i ever came across....on increasing the reception volume there is more noise in the sound rather than increased clarity.. I am highly dissappointed with my purchase!!!

i just lost this phone. been snatched. actually its nice and user friendly. with the price like this, dun expect much.. just use it as a phone and the camera as a extra bonus then u'll feel happy with it. cheers..

it is indeed a good phone, with camera that videos for up to 50 seconds though not much.good infrared but no blue tooth.it has a small screen,aint good at all.but try it you will enjoy it. but be careful in maintenance
