i've read the comments and few guys are really narrow-minded, they are complaining for somthing that they dont know; dudes the phone has SETTINGS so camera has 1 min video, not 15 sec and many more..
BTW this phone is amazing; i have bought it 4 months ago and i agree, case is full of scratches, BUT the software works perfectly.
its a great phone, u can play football with it and call ur friends in teh same time :);
even if its scratched, teh cover might be replaced anytinme so .. dont worry :))

Can anyone tell me that nokia 6020 can support two simz.... by On n Off or any other way except to off cell n change sim by urself....??????

well some of u are stupid if u expect to get something like mp3. fancy camera and stuff from this phone;
the fancy ones are series 60
the middle class are series 40(this one)
and lower class are series 20 .. the poor nokias.. so THINK AT it, nokia makes all affordable for anyone..
btw this phone rocks for its class

the phone is so cool. infrared port wow it has lots of feature and it's not expensive. if you need a phone. this is the one

I had bought this phone this morning. when I'm playing game in this phone, suddenly its joystice had broke. I feel very sad because nokia had lied on me. Overall, nokia 6020 is a bad phone..........................

i have had this phone for about 3months now, and to be quite honest its crap!!! It hasnt got a music play and the camera is rubbish. I am looking at buyen the sony ericsson k750 instead.

i have had this phone for about 5 months and its already wearing out on me, the memory is bad, but reception and stuff is good i recommend this phone to people who just want a cell phone and nothing elese, cause the camera is pretty lame also

I bought this phone a few days ago and am very happy with it. I agree : if you want something more fancy, go buy it. If you want bluetooth and MP3, why pick this phone in the first place? The specs are transparent enough. This phone is excellent for people who want something nice (and a little more than the older phones offered) without too much frills or too big a hit on your pocket. I downloaded tunes and games to my liking and deleted those that came with the phone which I didn't want, thus saving space this way. Also I bought a nifty crystal case which will protect it against scratches and dust. All in all, I feel quite chuffed with my phone!

It is really excelent. Its Infrared works very well for sending and reciving data from computer or another phone. It has Voice Command that is very good. Its photos are good but not as well as digital camera.
Finally NOKIA 6020 is a good choice in my idea. Oh my god.

I bought this phone today..i feel happy now to share with all of you..
From the others opinion i confident this is not outdated phone..
Actually i like to buy nokia 6103..but my pocket say no. So suddenly i found this phone that have a similar function with lower price.
This is very economic and efficient phone to buy.
Eventhough the camera is vga,it is not a crucial needs for me..hey,if you want to get very good picture,buy a digital camera.

Well My choice was 6021 than 6020 because of bluetooth only, but just now I noticed on the specification page that 6021 lacks T9, which is very much useful for fast messaging...why does Nokia do this??? Hmmm ... making commercial decisions for their own benefit only???
Ok look at 6070...its design is very good and decent, which nokia rarely makes, but they wasted that design by not including bluetooth and large memory....
