Well My choice was 6021 than 6020 because of bluetooth only, but just now I noticed on the specification page that 6021 lacks T9, which is very much useful for fast messaging...why does Nokia do this??? Hmmm ... making commercial decisions for their own benefit only???
Ok look at 6070...its design is very good and decent, which nokia rarely makes, but they wasted that design by not including bluetooth and large memory....

i think it is vry cool exept that there is no blutooth and mp3 if not it is a dream phone.
if you want to know how to use the phone or how to download stuff go to www.nokia.com and choose your phone model and there will be a manual. just go there and you will know what to do. Good Luck!

Hello ,GSMARENA readers.
My son recently purchased Nokia 6020
It is superb. Yesterday it fell into Water in washroom , My son immediately open its body. Put it under the sun and amazingly after some time it is working properly. And its all functions are OK now.
Its picture quality is much better than Sony Ericsson K300i , Although the price is almost same in Pakistan. The memory is very less but it is acceptable at the cost of very good picture quality. Its INFRARED is OK and functioning very well with IRDA ADAPTER device for connecting to any PENTIUM computer. The INFRARED ADAPTER is available in Pakistan for only rupees 300

I have had my Nokia 6020 for well over a year now, and so far have been quite impressed, with few notable exceptions.
First and foremost, the 6020 is a basic camera phone. It's not a media phone, it's not an email phone, it's not a great camera phone, but it is an all-round good basic phone.
Reception and battery life are phenomenal, even after a year of abusive use (1hr average talk time a day, plus 5-10 text messages daily), the phone only needs to be recharged every 3 days. At the beginning, the phone could easily go for 6-7 days without having to recharge or having the phone die out on me.
The TFT screen is nothing to rave about, but numbers and text can be read easily, with minimal effort. The screen is small, though, so you will have to scroll constantly for just about everything. Visibility under direct sunlight is not good at all.
Ringtone capacity is disappointing, as even certain MIDI files cannot be played by the phone. The internal unexpandable memory, at 3.5MB is dismal, and I constantly get the "memory full" message on the screen when taking pics, or even receiving messages.
The VGA camera with 15-second video recording capabilities is acceptable. It's nowhere close to great, and even far from good, but it's what you would expect in a low-end econophone.
Another of the phones vulnerabilities is the joystick, which handles menu functions and directs the cellphone. It's clumsy for big-fingered people to use, and the white color on it has deteriorated notably with continued use. The keypad is average, with just the right size and feel.
My biggest, and perhaps most visible complaint, concers the phone's inability to resist even light scratching. I had never before had a phone with so many scratches on it. They are everywhere, the keypad, the chrome frame, the screen, the back cover, even the black glossy frame around the screen. Another worrisome defect is the fact that so much dust gets between the screen and the plastic screen cover. It distorts the screen viewing even further. To make matters worse, to clean the inside of the phone, you must remove the plastic body covers which is extremely difficult. The first time I did it, I feared I was going to break the front cover.
The software and user-friendliness is very much Nokia, that is, quite great. The phone has all the features you need and then some. However, and contrary to other Nokia phones I have owned, responses were slow and uncertain; sometimes, while scrolling, the phone would "freeze" for a tenth of a second and then double scroll. Odd.
I have focused mostly on the negative issues this phone has, however, it should be noted that I really like this phone, as it is an extremely reliable workhorse. I wish I could say the same thing about my BlackBerry. Not only is the phone tough, but it has survived a three-story fall onto concrete, being chewed on by a Pug, a brief plunge into a pool, and going through the washing machine cycle (amazing!). On all three ocassions I feared I had lost the phone, but I found that apart from some physical damage, the phone still worked perfectly and no damage occured to the inside workings of the phone.
I will finally put my phone to a much-needed rest next week, when I get a new Nokia 6131 or 6111.
The 6020 has been an average phone in terms of function and usability, but excellent in terms of reliability and endurance for me.
If you're looking for a cheap, user-friendly, practical workhorse, this is the one for you. If you're looking for the fancy features, this ain't it.
