With No FM radio and sterio sound this 6020 is a crap and really sucks!

This mobile is good except that it sucks in areas listed:
1) Most ridiculous feature: the stupid joystick answers your calls no matter how you configure it. You have to hold the phone in your hand! or else the joystick might be touched and you will be answering a call unknowingly.
2) Dust get in the inner screen. No! dont waste your time, the dust gets back in no time, once you open the cover and clean
If you can forget these irritating features, you could say it's a nice mobile.

hello all,
nokia 6020 becomes dead frequently.
u may get it repaired from 'nokia care', but then also there is no guarantee that it will last long. it may become dead for 3-4 hours suddenly.
it seems 6020 is a faulty product with basic hardware problem.

dust and other anonymous particles get into the screen. and its impossible to open the front cover. this is the only thing that bugs me :\

To get the front off take the back off then you gently lift from the bottom and it comes off. You can then get the dust out, but be warned it'll have bits in it again in no time.
The volume is a huge problem on this phone I have to turn on the loudspeaker to hear when there is no background noise.
Have had about 6 nokias and this one is vey disapointing.

I have used this mobile for three month I have lost my father voice and his picture who died,It start auto off and delete my data automatically i am really hurt but i can't do anything please dont advertise this mobile it is a third class mobile

I buy 6020 yesterday (21-03-06), The phone is nice, but i have a problem:
The Voice of caller is very slow and very difficult to hear the voice.

this phone and the 7260 have the exact same camera..
so yes same quality
